going for distance

Well, I did it today.  I ran for 7 minutes straight.  I know I know, wimpy by some standards.  But, it was easy and felt good.  The only reason that I really had to stop was that my shoe came untied.  Then I just couldn't capture that groove again.  So I did intervals the rest of the time. 
I managed 2 miles in 28 mins - including cool down.  Pretty good considering that the first mile was done by 11 mins. 

Tomorrow I will go running with Lesley AND hopefully bike ride with Kyle.  I am looking forward to it.
